How to remove products from your subscription
Too much in the box or changing up your pet’s diet? You can remove products from your subscription anytime.
Log in to your account and click Manage Your Subscription.
Make sure the Upcoming window is selected then click Remove next to the product you want to remove form your subscription.
Then click Confirm to remove the product.
You must always have at least one product in your subscription.
If you only have one product in your subscription but you want to change it out for another, you need to add the new product first then remove the old one.
Or you can Swap the product out for the new one.
Your changes will be saved instantly—easy as that.
