How do I change my order date?

How to change your order processing date

Need to shift your delivery timing? No worries—you can easily change your next order processing date in just a few clicks.

Warning
Remember your Order Processing Date is NOT your delivery date. Your Order Processing Date is the date when your payment is processed.

Log in to your account and click Manage Your Subscription.

Click Reschedule 


Select the new order processing date you’d like.
For customers outside the Gold Coast (QLD) area this date should be the Thursday prior to the week you want to receive your delivery.
Make sure the Reschedule all upcoming orders as well? checkbox is ticked, so all future order dates are updated in line with the new order processing date. Click Update.

Be sure to make your Order Processing Date on or before the cut off day for your delivery area, you will find more information about this on our DELIVERY PAGE.
